give us a call, email, or drop us a message letting us know you wish to rent your property to us for a guaranteed rent each month. we will have a short conversation on the phone about anything your unsure of and want clearing up. we will also take some information about your property.
viewing
we will come visit you at your property to meet you and to have a look around, will we talk about your needs and wants and see if we can help in anyway, we can get into the details of rent each month and what we offer
due-diligence
this is the bit where we have to make sure the property is a right fit for us, and the numbers work for both the landlord and us as a business. we spend a couple of days making sure there is demand for the property in the area and to triple check that the numbers we work to also work for the landlord.
the offer
after doing our due-diligence on the property we officially send you an offer by email letting you know that this offer is for a period of 3-5 year term. guaranteeing you your rent each and every month, no need to worry about bills, council tax, management, tenants, voids etc
acceptance
once our offer is accepted we then send you the contracts to sign and arrange to pick the keys up from you. this is the start of your 3-5 years of worry free from your property, just sit back and watch your rent hit your account every month in the knowledge your property is getting looked after. THATS IT!!!
